National Institute of Design (NID), Gujarat, is recognised by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research under Ministry of Science and Technology as an organisation for research in scientific and industrial design. All applicants fulfilling the requirements of minimum qualification and falling within the prescribed age limit are called for the Design Aptitude Test (GDPD & PGDPD) that is conducted at various centres.
