Vanderbilt University

Vanderbilt University is a private research university located in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 1873, the university, today Vanderbilt enrolls students from all 50 U.S. states and over 90 foreign countries in four undergraduate and six graduate and professional schools. The university recognizes nearly 400 student organizations, ranging from academic major societies and honoraries to recreational sports clubs, the oldest of which is the Vanderbilt Sailing Club. Admission Criteria & Eligibility

To gain admission into the esteemed Vanderbilt University undergraduate programme:
  1. An international The English language proficiency examination requirement will be waived if a student has scored 33 or above on the SAT Reading Test (administered March 2016 and later), or above a 26 on the ACT English section.
  2. CBSE and ICSE students should have above 94% marks, IGCSE board students above AAAAA and IB board students above 40 out of a total score of 45
  3. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Internet-based Minimum recommended score is 100
  4. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – computer-based Minimum recommended score is 230
  5. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Minimum recommended score is 7.0
  6. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) Minimum recommended score is 70
