Swinburne University of Technology

Swinburne University of Technology is an Australian public dual sector university based in Melbourne, Victoria. Swinburne has five campuses in Melbourne at Croydon, Hawthorn, Lilydale, Prahran, Wantirna - and one in Sarawak, Malaysia. As one of only five dual sector institutions in Australia, Swinburne offers both TAFE and higher education qualifications. Swinburne boasts of a well-developed world-class research groups in astrophysics, photonics and nanoscience, quantum atom optics, social sciences, design manufacturing engineering, sustainable infrastructure, information and communication technology and neurosciences. Swinburne offers students the opportunity to gain an international experience as part of their studies. They offer students study tours, exchange programs, overseas internships, or a semester spent at their Sarawak campus. Swinburne has over 80 student clubs and societies to suit a wide range of student interests.
