Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD)

The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development or OCLD is a privately owned educational institute, located in New Delhi. It was established in 1966 by the Oberoi Group, which has around 32 hotels and luxury cruisers in five countries. OCLD is affiliated to The University of Delhi. The Oberoi School of Hotel Management is affiliated to the International Hotel Association in Paris. The institute is located at Sham Nath Marg in New Delhi, and offers a single UG course. The institute is widely recognised as having one of the best management programmes in Asia for hotel management. Admission to the institute is based on marks secured in 10+2.

Placement
OCLD conducts interviews at many trade institutes and campuses every year. Students get placed to the Oberoi Group on completing their course. After graduation, students are offered a position as an executive with the Oberoi Group. Some of the top recruiters are: Oberoi Hotels and Resorts & Trident hotels.Recruitment ProcessThe recruitment process for the OCLD post graduate Management Programmes is scheduled between September to December each year.Recruitment is done through campus visits to Hotel Management colleges, other graduate colleges and Open Access Days at our hotels.College students can contact their placement office for information of when The Oberoi Group is visiting their campus. Students of colleges not being visited by The Oberoi Group and other Applicants can apply on an Open Access Day.The dates and locations of this year's Open Access Days will be available here in September.
