CVSR College of Engineering imparts an education, which provides success in all areas of life. College came into existence in 2002 for producing skilful engineers. CVSR College comes under the Anurag Group of Institutions. College is managed by the Gayathri Educational and Cultural Trust was commenced by ‘Guru’ Sri Sivananda Murthy Garu in 1982 with the aim of imparting quality education to students. In existing time institute has around 6000 student in its institute. The vision of the college is to become the first choice of every student in engineering, Technology, and Management education by imparting cutting edge education and high standard of teaching quality, which augments the logical thinking and independent judgment of every student and makes them competent for the global society.The Institution is approved by AICTE, New Delhi,Accredited by NBA, New Delhi.The College Permanently affiliated to JNTU-H, Hyderabad.The college is included in 2(f) & 12(B) of UGC act and it has been declared autonomous by JNTU(H).

Location Information
CVSR college is located just 8km from Uppal Bus Depot. About 30 college buses ply from all corners of the twin cities. Regular APSRTC buses also connect the college to various points.
Campus Infrastructure
ANURAG GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS has a sprawling 4 lakh S. Ft. built-up area with state-of-art facilities. There are exclusive buildings for School of Engineering, School of Pharmacy and School of Business Management. A new block is added exclusively to accommodate First year classes and world class facilities to organize conferences and workshops. All buildings are constructed under the guidance of eminent architects and engineers. An indoor sports complex has come up on the campus to the existing buildings to serve the indoor sports needs of the students.
Library Facilities
The Central library consists of three sections. The Stocking and Issuing section. The Magazines, Journals and Newspaper section which is arranged in the lookdown area. There is a special and exclusive Reading Hall in the first floor. The elegantly designed Reading hall is peaceful, well ventilated and comfortable. The library consists of over 53195 Volumes of textbooks and reference books and receives over 1000 National and International journals
Laboratory Facilities
The laboratories are carefully established. All labs are monitored by senior Professors of the concerned Department. Quality of the equipment; UPS for each lab and professional maintenance practices are three important factors which help in providing a hassle free learning environment in the campus.14 high-end computer labs with latest configuration and required software with UPS support.
Medical Facilities
CVSR takes good care of the students in the campus. It has set up a health center in the Ground floor of B Block with 2 Observation Beds and 2 Consultation rooms and a Pharmacy.One full time Doctor and a Nurse are employed. It is also equipped with a First-aid equipment, BP Apparatus, emergency medicines etc. This treatment, consultation & medicines including lab investigations are carried out free of cost for all students, staff .
Canteen Facilities
CVSR has a spacious 2600sft central cafeteria with a modern kitchen and a t hygienic dining hall environment which provides quality food and prompts service and caters to needs of all the students and the staff. Mini cafes and fast-food centers are also available in various blocks all over CVSR.
Placement Cell
The Training & placement cell of the CVSR is managed by the professional’s experts. The placement cell of the college is ranked among the best in the south and has an outstanding record with 85% of r eligible students being placed in leading Multi National firms. The placement cell of the college trained its learners through experts. Placement cell has special M.O.Us and tie-ups with some blue chip companies for training.
