There is a reason why Singapore is so well maintained and sparkling clean. The authorities charge heavy fines for any act of littering and spreading dirt. Fines for littering range to several hundreds of dollars.

  • Chewing gum is banned

Chewing gum and its import is not allowed in Singapore unless it is for therapeutic value. (And you will need a medical prescription for that.)
