As being a student of Quantum University I would like to share my views about the university. there is fun in learning. study never seem to be a burden to me because of the way of teaching of the teachers, they teaches everything in such a manner that even an average and weak students are able to grab the knowledge easily.here I am student of Diploma civil,the faculty of my course was so supportive and knowledgeable and they have always helped me out with my queries every time. Not only this, the best part I found about the university was that they have a very unique concept which is called passion program, under this concept students are asked to choose a passion of their choice such as singing, dancing. photography etc and they offer them a platform to showcase their talent, so that students can pursue their passion along with the studies. The infrastructure was so good with pleasing environment it has built with every facility such as facility of labs, libraries, playground, mess etc.There are separate hostels for boys and girls also and they are well furnished so that students can comfortably study and can live peacefully without getting any type of distractions. I have completed my BCA from Quantum University Roorkee , Uttarakhand . Any stream student can do BCA from Quantum University you should have atlease 50% in you 12th . After then if you don’t have math background there will be a 3 month bridge course to cover up the missed syllabus everything will be explained from the very deep base so you will not find any difficulty in future . The placement record was 90% as I asked from my seniors about placements many companies visit every year like MPC , Prime Focus etc. Also there is one separate department called DEPRO (Department of External Programs ) which handles placements only..Many students got internship also . And the very best part of this university is that they provide interdisciplinary program in which student can opt for the second course. Like with B.A hons English course i am also studying photography as a minor subject.
