Why Career Counselling?

Why Career Counselling

A teenager does not have enough life experience, knowledge and information to select the right career path. If they aspire to explore new careers, parents want them to stick to conventional educational platforms. Not just teenagers but many youngsters in their 20’s and 30’s have realized the need for career counselling to pursue what they actually like. With continuously changing workplace and a lot of career options to choose from, career counselling is the need of the hour. It is very important to map the strengths of a candidate with the skills and the competency required by different job profiles. This helps the candidate to avoid demotivation, emotional and financial stress later in their life.

In the coming years, we also aim at:

  1. 1. Training of IELTS
  2. 2. Interview Preparation
  3. 3. Personality Development Sessions
  4. 4. Overseas Placement Consultancy

The world is progressing and so are the people. Their approach towards counselling is changing. Many schools now conduct counselling workshops/ recommend parents to visit some of the expert counsellors in the city.
