The Belbin GET SET assessment evaluates 9 key behaviours of the candidate that affects their method of working in a team and driving their responsibilities. These 9 Team Roles, penned down by Dr Meredith Belbin, are measured based on the candidate’s personal perception. And pertaining to each of the Team Roles, a candidate’s strengths and allowable weaknesses are determined.
Working candidates are even provided with the option to garner insights from their co-workers. Observations and experiences from colleagues will be combined with the candidate’s personal opinions to give a complete 360-degree report.
