At Crossroads Solution, students will have an expert Career Coach working with them to evaluate their specific profile and help them identify the right career path, based on their competencies and preference. The expert shall use scientifically designed tools and tests along with personalized mentoring, to help students realize and achieve their career aspirations.
We also help students in locating resources and sources of career information. We will create a road map to help them to determine their future course of action and develop a plan to achieve their goals.

About Prof. Shankar Bellur
Prof. Shankar holds an MBA (Finance) and an M Phil (Management) along with a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is also a certified global career counselor from Univariety and UCLA Xtension.
He has a proven ability to manage, lead projects and get consistent results over a period of 25 years. He has worked in various sectors like the Indian Railways, Information Technology and Education. He has taught various subjects of Commerce and Management at the UG and PG level across many prestigious colleges in Bangalore and Mysore. (MPBIM, GSSSIETW,INC, BPBIM, VIDHYAASHRAM COLLEGE, SAPIENT COLLEGE, CRESTA COLLEGE) and has also been the head of various colleges (VIDHYAASHRAM COLLEGE, SAPIENT COLLEGE, CRESTA COLLEGE ) in Mysore as Dean/ Principal.
