Microsoft Unlimited Potential Scholarship is a need based scholarship provided by Infocomm Accessibility Centre (IAC). The number of scholarships offered to students varies every year. This scholarship is provided to Singapore students for undergraduate studies in any college in Singapore.

Scholarship Details

This scholarship grants up to an amount of $7,500 per year. There is also an additional sum of $750 per annum, provided for the purchase of textbooks and related study material. It is applicable to postgraduate students interested in Science. The scholarship does not include travel, accommodation, field work, or living costs. It is applicable to postgraduate students interested in Science.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, the
  • Student must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident
  • Student should have a permanent disability (medical certification is required)
  • Student should have good academic records
  • Student must satisfy the admission criteria of the tertiary institutions listed in Annex 1 in the application form
  • Student must prove relevance of training to employment opportunities
  • Student must demonstrate ability to handle both academic studies and work commitments, if any  
  • Student must demonstrate commitment to serve the disabled community upon completion of course.

Application Process

The students must have the following documents:
  • NRIC or certified copies of PR citizenship
  • Medical certification for permanent disabilities
  • Academic record and transcripts
  • Acceptance letter from the tertiary institution
  • CV and/or resume/outstanding extra-curricular activities records/list of referees
  • Other records of personal achievements.
