Scholarship Details

The scholarship is applicable to students from all international countries for studies in Australia. Scholarships of up to $12000 per year are awarded to the students. The scholarship amount is paid in installments.

Eligibility Criteria

This scholarship is open to first year, undergraduate students from the Brisbane Campus (Australian Catholic University).

Application

Application Process

All the students have to submit the filled application form before a given deadline. The following documents must be submitted along with the application:
  • Evidence of OP/ENTER score
  • Reference (religious)
  • Reference (academic)
  • A written statement of approximately 300 words outlining:
    • How the Scholarship could financially support the intended programme of study or evidence of rural/regional background
    • The applicant’s commitment to the Catholic community.

Additional Information

Applications are assessed based on the strength of the following criteria:
  • Academic merit
  • Written statement
  • References
Preference is given to applicants who are socially and economically disadvantaged. Applicants from rural and regional Queensland, particularly from the Catholic Diocese of Townsville are preferred. The successful applicants are shortlisted by the scholarships issuing authority.
