Career Guidance Initiatives


Univariety guidance counselor helped Parents and students to understand the importance of the first step towards their career exploration. This was an important step towards fulfilling our goal of making every child ready for college. Univariety realizes this as being an important landmark towards helping the students gain awareness of their career goals thereby enabling them to be prepared and college ready.

Student Orientation & Profile Completion - 2019

Students of Grade XI & XII completed their profiles by logging in to the Univariety portal and recording their strongest and weakest subjects, which can later be the base for their career selections. Following this, Student Journey was explained to them, which is a roadmap of activities for students to find their best-suited careers. The session talked about the ‘Importance of Planning’ for a great career and how the Univariety portal supports students in their career planning journey. It further explained the focus areas to the students; about the importance of Aptitude, Interest, Potential & Strength while finalizing specific career goals for oneself.

Perfect Roadmap to become a successful Engineer by Mr. Preet Batavia

Mr. Preet Paras Batavia, an alumnus of Lilavati Podar high school, is pursuing his Graduation in Electronics & Communication at Manipal Institute of technology. Preet, is part of the Manipal IEEE student branch and has also Participated in Various Hackathons. On 12th July, he conducted a webinar, where he gave some valuable insights and roadmap to become a successful engineer, relevant entrance exam preparation, college & courses selection.
