In all the hullaballoo of discussions about education, the most important stakeholder: the student, is sometimes forgotten. To understand and highlight the student point of view and ideas 'THE WEBINAR WIZARD' an exclusive platform was conducted by a student to host a live webinar for peers and educationists and put across their ideas to ignite a worthy conversation. Nimisha Shukla was appointed as a panelist at the The Youth Ministry at UGC 2017. Nimisha spoke on the topic "Should schools introduce internships as part of main stream curriculum?" and was felicitated by Prof. Rao (Director, IIT Delhi). The youth Ministry is the only platform of its kind in the country that brings together some of the most dynamic students of the country to discuss and debate a topic related to Higher Education, in the presence of hundreds of principals and counsellors from India's top schools and delegates from reputed Universities across the globe.

At Univariety the Guidance Counselor provide that extra support for an optimal college planning process. The Orientation by Univariety looked at helping students understand the definitive steps needed to be college ready.So starting early helps the students leverage and optimize all opportunities that come their way. To clarify this further, the school organised a session with Parents of grade 9th to 12th to make them an active part of the career guidance process.
