Jaideep is the visionary behind Univariety, pioneering tech-driven, data-backed alumni engagement in India. With a passion for solving large-scale problems and a deep curiosity for human behaviour, he’s redefining how institutions leverage the power of alumni for institute growth.
With 22+ years of professional experience, Jaideep has worked in consulting & investment banking in USA, Dubai, India and Singapore with GE Capital and EY, before turning entrepreneur.

Oindrilla is our Chief Operating Officer with 17+ years of experience in investment management at companies like ICICI Prudential, Goldman Sachs and Citibank across Asia. With a keen eye for processes and developing new channels for business, Oindrilla leads Operations, Customer Success and HR departments at Univariety. She enjoys gardening and painting in her free time.

Chief Operating Officer
Anupam has 12+ years of overall experience in IT services management, product and program management. He has worked with Indian Ed-Tech start-ups like Careers360, Meritto (Formerly NoPaperForms) and Leverage Edu. At Univariety he leads Product, Design and Data Analytics teams. When he is not writing user stories and PRDs, he likes to write short stories and compose poetry. He loves to travel and is a movie buff.
Anupam Sinha

With 14+ years of experience in software development, Prabhat has worked with companies like Evontech and ItStack, delivering innovative solutions. He has also spearheaded and built engineering teams from scratch for various startups, like DIGITALLI and Packback.
He has a passion for reading tech blogs and research papers from industry, staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations. In his free time, he enjoys trekking and exploring nature outdoors.

With 14+ years of robust experience, Tarun is a seasoned professional in sales, business operations, team management, and customer success.
