Dear Univariety, I didn’t get any call from any of your counsellor for the counselling session which was going to held today at 12:30 for half an hour. I am a super user who got a free counselling session for once for half an hour at any time. I haven’t been informed by any of your counsellor regarding the same. I request you to tell me when I can have a session with one of your counsellor.. Regarding the screenshots I sent you, they were the mail sent by you telling me that I am upgraded to superuser and I get half an hour counselling session and the other one was of the session timing I booked with Univariety through the link given by you in that mail..It was booke through calendly and I was said I will be given mail by one of you guys regarding the counselling session but again I didn’t get any call or mail for the same. I would be happy if you tell me a fixed and final time for the mail.

Dear Univariety,
I have a session with you scheduled for tomorrow and I haven’t got any detail regarding that till now. It’s a half an hour session with one of your counsellor. Kindly send the detail regarding that, how I would be meeting to you. I am also sending you the details(screenshots) that I have till now for tomorrow’s session.
