Candidates aspiring to join BA. LL.B / BBA. LL.B / B.Des. / B.C.A. / B.B.A. (Information Technology) / B.A.(Mass Communication) / B.Sc. (Economics) Honours / B.A. (Liberal Arts) / B.Sc. (Libral Arts) / B.Sc. (Culinary Arts) / B.Tech programmes offered by institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) have to take the common, mandatory online Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) . From this year onwards, SET - Law test will be known as Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), SET - Design test as Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED), SET - Engineering as SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE). SET - General will continue as SET. These will be conducted in an online mode across various cities of India.
A candidate needs to register for Online SET / SLAT / SEED / SITEEE & also register for the institutes offering his/ her choice of programmes by paying separate programmes registration fees. If shortlisted, he/she would then need to attend the further admission process conducted by each of these institutes individually.
Aspirants can now complete the Online SET / SLAT / SEED / SITEE as well as programme registrations in the same portal (set-test.org)
Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination passed from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes).
