Admission to the following courses offered by MAHE, is through the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). All applicants can book their entrance test slots in the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) based on the availability of seats, from the list of cities provided. Kindly note that, in case of lower number of applicants from a particular city, the test center at nearest city will be made available in the OTBS.

Eligibility

  • Indian Boards
Pass in 10+2 or 3 year Diploma from State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board / University, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent
 
  • A level
Minimum 3 subjects in the ‘A’ Levels and 5 Passes in the IGCSE / GCSE including English  Minimum requirement is an average of ‘D’ grade
 
  • IB
IB Diploma or IB Certificate with 3 subjects at HL and 3 subjects at SL with overall minimum of 24 points
 
  • State Boards
Pass with a 3 years Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized Central or State government Board, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent

Students can prepare with the help of previous year papers, model questions, and online sample examinations for a better understanding, in nature of questions. A lot of reference books are available, both online and offline which would really be helpful. Students can also depend on coaching centers up to an extent which will help to have an idea on time management, Language efficiency etc. It is good to update yourself with the changing environment by making a habit of reading newspapers on the daily basis.
