Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
- Must have at-least 2 years of experience of selling to schools in the region with proven track record of achieving targets
- Must have a good knowledge of the school ecosystem and has good relationship with decision makers with
ability to reach out to new schools, give demos and close sales
- Fluent in written and spoken English with ability to negotiate and convince people
- Must be energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic to work in a fast paced environment
- Responsible for anchoring marketing activations and brand building activities in schools for Vidyartha
- Responsible for new client acquisition by selling company's cloud based personalized learning guidance platform to schools in designated region
- Giving product demo to school decision makers and influencing them to adopt the platform
- Relationship management with existing schools and sales from new schools
- Ensure higher level absorption of the program by teachers and school to meet program extension and renewal target
- Ensuring smooth collection of payments from schools & handling escalations
- Submitting sales report to the Business Head on a daily basis
- Developing strategies to explore new revenue generation avenues
