Facilities
Classrooms:Classrooms are equipped with remote-controlled LCD multimedia projectors, internet networked computers and public address system with collar and cordless mikes.
Shooting Floor Studio:The professional, acoustically-treated production studio is equipped with digital HDV cameras, including a new stereo-audio mixer. The studio is also home to the latest digital cameras / handy – cams and the latest lighting and recording systems.
Cafeteria:The campus cafeteria offers a complete range of services, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. FMCG products, confectionery items, tea/coffee, fast food, mini meals are available any time.
Library & Digital Library:The institute has a modern library with books, reports, journals and CD ROMs. The Institute has membership with British Council Library. There are a large number of industrial data bases. In addition to the physical library, there is digital library which gives access to over 10,000 journals online.
Non-Linear Editing Suite:The state-of-the-art non-linear editing suite operates on the Apple MacPro Dual Processor platform with a dedicated Final Cut Proediting package.
Computer Lab:Computer Labs are operating in Wi-Fi enabled environment allowing mobile accessibility. Computer labs are provided with UPS Power Back-up other facilities include Linux mail server. Antivirus softwares (Symantec and Norton) and Firewall protection. Additional to this we have separate classrooms to conduct software classes, where the students have access to the computer.
Multimedia Lab:The sophisticated multi-media lab boasts of professional production, graphics and multilingual software (including 2D & 3D Animations, Movie Magic and Story Board, Quark Express).
Auditorium:Each campus has state-of-the-art auditorium for addressing the students, conducting guest lectures, workshops and organizing social and cultural events.
