Institute of Hotel Management and Catering technology, or BVUIHMCT, is located in Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University campus in Pune. It offers around 2 undergraduate courses. BVUIHMCT was established in 1992 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam, the founder of Bharati Vidyapeeth. Admission into the college is based on performance in the HM entrance examination conducted in June. The results are declared in the same month and classes begin in July.

Training and Placement Cell
BVUIHMCT ensures that students are provided with sufficient practical Industrial training. As part of the curriculum, it conducts industrial training for 20 weeks during the degree programme. The institute’s Training & Placement Cell has a good relationship with the hotel industry, making it possible for the students to get placements at reputed hotels.
