Facilities
The institute has a well equipped computer resource centre and facilities, both in the form of best hardware and supportive software, which are maintained and updated with precision. The institute boosts co-curricular awareness among its students by encouraging Science Quiz Clubs and Debate Clubs, which have succeeded in evoking enthusiastic response from the students. The number of books at the library goes well above 15 thousand. The library serves as a complete and comprehensive resource for the students. About three thousand titles are arranged in racks. These are constantly updated.
Student Committee
Student activities are conducted by the students committee, which draws active participation from students of every strata and sphere of the college. The committee is presided over by the principal of the college. The committee conducts various cultural, social and sports activities, which include debate, quiz, extempore, football, and volleyball championships, occasions like Saraswati Puja and Vishwakarma Puja, and most importantly the annual fresher’s welcome ceremony, annual fest and farewell ceremony for the departing batch.
Placements Comments
Students from this institute are placed in various companies like HCL, IBM, and Mphasis. The college has a placement cell that is headed by a faculty member of the college. All activities pertaining to campus recruitment are managed by this cell. Companies are invited to the campus every year. The cell is also involved in training and counselling students. Personality development programmes are also conducted for the students. The cell facilitates industry institute interaction on particular occasions
