Let the bed you sleep on be correlated to a place of sleep and not work. Then the mind can concentrate and differentiate between the two. This can ensure good sleep hours at night. Unfortunately, we, as parents put a lot of emphasis on exams and marks, especially in board classes, which leave children under tremendous pressure.
