Admission Criteria & Eligibility

PharmCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Doctor of Pharmacy program.

OTCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program.

PTCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

CASPA: Use this application if you are applying to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program.

All freshman applicants must submit the following credentials along with their completed application:

  • Official high school transcript
  • Official score report from one of the following: SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, EPE (English Proficiency Exam, the MCPHS on-campus test)
  • One letter of recommendation
