Why did we create Univariety for you?

The senior team at Univariety has known each other for over a decade while performing multiple roles across countries. Heading key positions in large corporations gave us the insights and exposure into various professional and cultural environments.  We had a number of clients from the education industry and it was during this stint that we began to fully grasp and understand the workings of this sector. What excited us were the endless possibilities that existed. We saw the gaps and ideated on how we could fill them in, and also the strong urge to branch off independently had been simmering for a long time. We identified two potential trends - anxious parents keen to see their child pursue higher education in international universities and in turn countries seeing potential in attracting international students to their universities. And what we also saw beyond was the potential for something larger that was lacking. There was a dire need to create global opportunities for students and nurture their mindsets to think globally.  

After many months of ideating we finally took the plunge, quit our high profile jobs and reached out to many stalwarts in the education industry who in turn became our mentors.  Our mentors encouraged us to have the idea validated with solid data and both of us set out on a month long journey on a “fact finding” mission - visiting and meeting with universities in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia... gathering hard facts.

And this is how Univariety was born to help students and institutes differentiate themselves by discovering global opportunities.

Our head office is located in Singapore and we have set up our Indian office in Hyderabad. The scope of Univariety will be large, not limiting itself to demographic and geographical boundaries and we plan to set up operations Globally  - Europe UK, Australia, Middle East and Asian countries in the months to follow.
