Filling The application

It's important to note that there is no common application procedure and each University follows its own processes. There are two methods - online applications where the student fills in details online and uploads the document or paper based applications, In which case, the student is required to manually fill in the application form and send all supporting documents to the University, through post or a courier service.

In either of cases, its important to understand each of the terms and requirement on the form and gather all the data. So that, while filling in details you do not miss out on any and also ensure accuracy.

Name of Applicant: Should be same as what's on the Passport

Date of Birth: As in Passport

Telephone Number: Pre-fix both International and STD code

Mobile Number: Enter your current number that's in use, as the University may call you for any missing information

Program Title: Should be same as the course name that appears on the University website or prospectus

Entry Point: Should be Year 1 (Year 2 or 3 if the student is looking for transfer of credits)

Mode of Study: Full Time

Disabilities: If any physical disabilities then select appropriately from what are indicated, otherwise mark No Disabilities

Academics: If you are still pursuing your final year please mention the percentage till date and qualifications till date

Personal Statement: To be written down in the space, if provided or else enclose the personal statement separately

References: The University will need reference letters from the Principal or Teacher from the education institution that the student has studied in.


Lastly, it's very important to sign the application form, otherwise the University will consider your application as incomplete.
